Theodred, Prince of Rohanby ~MirroredSilhouettes

Artisan Crafts / Costumery / Costumes / Cosplay & Role-Playing

Sennedjem as Theodred, son of Theoden the King of Rohan, from The Lord of the Rings.

Costume includes brown undertunic, burgundy velvet tunic, faux-leather cuirass, and dark green cloak in the style of the Riders of Rohan. Helm, vambraces, and greaves are shaped from craft foam and posterboard (gasp!) and then painted.

Entirely home-made and, for the most part, patterned from scratch, using far too many reference pictures.

I wanted a "different" character, so to speak, and after I saw Theodred's funeral scene (never having really watched the extended edition before), I thought... why couldn't I cosplay as him? xD I had the hair for it!
